- ojbyrne 13y agoI asked them about this, and its not a mistake. It depends on the province.
- otoburb 13y agoThey clarified that any province outside of Quebec is exempt from TOEFL. Quoting their tweet excerpt back to me: @GTOMSCS: Canadian universities outside of Quebec are exempt from TOEFL.
