Since that is the only example of such language in the post, while there are many more opportunities for sloppy language, I think he originally wrote it fast, with more of such abbreviations, and then filled it out. So I think he just missed one and does care about appearances.
- smoyer 13y agoPerhaps ... and he/she may not even be a native English speaker. I don't generally categorize people by how they talk or write, but upper management probably will.
