I think Guy #3 is MORE of a leader thn Guy #1... Guy #1 is absolutely the 'out of the box' thinker BUT Guy #3 is more rational, sees an opportunity, and is probably the first to really give 'credibility' to the movement. Guy #2 is a wannabe.
