Thanks for the link! That's a really interesting article. Though out of date, I still think his point holds water. It's shocking how little difference there is between Algol-68 and modern Go or C. Go has changed quite a bit since his article, but not all of these changes have been well received (a great example being automatic semicolon insertion).
