Ask HN: Experience with escrow.com
Hi,
I'm about to purchase something for which I need to use escrow.com. There is (for me) quite a bit of money involved.
Does anyone have experiences they'd like to share using this service and in particular the purchase of a domain name.
Thanks,
Luke
PS: I'm not based in the states and neither is the seller.
- bachback 13y agoI have no experience, but alternatively check out sedo.com, they have escrow too.
- opendomain 13y agoI have used Escrow.com for years and never had a problem - very much worth it. I have purchased hundreds of domains - some very expensive and Escrow.com has always gotten the transaction executed. If you want some free advice about domain - I have 15 years experience and would be haph to help. Contact me Domain AT myUserName dot Org
