Those revenge porn sites that were just banned in California had the same business model.
- makomk 13y agoMore interestingly, the main lawyer fighting against those revenge porn sites was doing so on behalf of a company with the same business model. Smart tactic on their part - they got a bunch of free positive advertising in the press whilst helping to shut down the sites which were most controversial and therefore most likely endanger their business model.
- judk 13y agoOne of the sites covered here wasn't even a lawyer, the perp was impersonating.
