Did anyone expect a bunch of "lowest bidder" contracting firms to build something for someone else that works perfectly on day one when companies like Blizzard[1], EA[2], and SquareEnix[3] don't get it right when they are building something for themselves. Especially considering how the lowest bidder has worked so well in the past[4].
