- dm2 13y agoWhile they do focus on advanced projects, any project that is cost-effective and beneficial to a Defense agency will be given the necessary funds to get it done as soon as possible. It seems like they are getting faster and faster when going from prototype to on the battlefield. If there is one organization in the entire world that has enough funds to do almost anything it is the US DoD.
