If they only have 2.9 million accounts, I should be worried; if they have 100 million accounts, I should still worry but perhaps a little less so. I have not (yet) received an email from Adobe regarding this latest attack, but I have an Adobe Creative Cloud subscription as well as several Typekit accounts. I use 1Password to generate passwords, but of course that doesn’t protect my credit card information.
