I find $1BN to be kind of low? I guess they know better than I, but that seems quite a bit undervalued compared to other companies in tech?

  $1B is the value of shares being offered to the public, not their market cap.

  Well it's currently losing money, so you could quite easily argue that $1B is rather high.
