Oh ok. Yeah calling him a czar makes him sound super independent and unpredictable. Then again in Canada we have the ombudsmen.

- mladenkovacevic 13y agoAn ombudsman, in Canada at least, is an independent official appointed to oversee and investigate the provincial government based on feedback from the public. Every province has their own ombudsman.
