No joke. What an unmitigated douchebag. I work with so many people who have no hustle. No compulsion to go above and beyond the constraints of the situation. This position openly advocates that employees should only be workerbee drones who stay within the rules of their corporate overlords and/or Only succeed, never make mistakes. Both are fatally toxic attitudes. Fuck Matthew Shapiro.
