- betterunix 13y agoIt helps to make encryption the norm. Better to be using encryption in situations where it is not needed than to fail to use it in situations where it matters.
- rmc 13y agoIt will also help if some Treacherous Government complains that "You must have been doing something bad, you used SSL!" and everyone can turn around and say "But loads of things are SSL!"

- TeMPOraL 13y agoWe've seen many "articles" on HN that were basically Google+ posts. Some people use Facebook instead of G+ for similar purpose.
