- paulgb 17y agoI figured so, but I'd never heard of it myself. Still, I'm sure some of Microsoft's reported $90+ million advertising budget could have convinced Scotty to fake a video. It would be pretty clever of them. Even we Hacker Newsers are apparently prone to rubbernecking enough to get this on the front page (really, guys?). The Bing references are subtle enough that it doesn't feel like product placement, but prominent enough that people talk about it (like many comments in this thread).
