Our new employee works 4 days a week, for a 32 hours / week contract. I think it shouldn't be too difficult to find a company that accepts that. The more difficult part is the "3 days at 10 hours", IMHO. That sounds quite difficult to achieve on top of the 4 days a week thingy.
