Consider SQLite instead.
- zorbo 13y agoThat's a joke, right? SQLite isn't even in the same ballpark as MySQL. It has a thousand uses, but a replacement for MySQL it is not.
- dragonwriter 13y agoSQLite is a great replacement for MySQL for many of the same reasons and in many of the same circumstances where MySQL is a decent replacement for a non-MySQL RDBMS. Its lighter, simpler, and less overhead for simple tasks.
- JulianMorrison 13y agoSQLite is a replacement for the uses of MySQL that aren't better replaced with postgres.
