One of the odd misconceptions I've had to deal with, 1/3 of one of my teams is offsite, is the idea that Daily Stand Up has to be in the morning. We change the question from "What did I do yesterday?" to "What did I do in the last 24 hours?" Easy. The next mountain is to change what is said from status to communication, which is the point of the meeting in the first place.
