Pulling an all-nighter out of pure desire and pulling one out of need are different. If you're doing it out of desire, suck it up and deal with it the next day (just like drinking). If you're doing it out of need, something's wrong (again, just like drinking).
- trickjarrett 17y agoOP here. I completely agree. When I said I had done them before, I was referring back to college before I had learned time management. This late night was not my fault. Our dev server went down and so I could not begin work on the project until IT had it back up later on Sunday. We were shooting to get this project into QA today but that unfortunately didn't happen.
