The closing speech even confirms it. I thought work-for-resume went out of style in the tech world along with unpaid internships. I guess not.
- michaelochurch 13y agoI thought work-for-resume went out of style in the tech world along with unpaid internships. American-style corporate capitalism is an original sin culture. You're worthless until validated ("saved") by an abstract phallic symbol called a corporation. The work-for-resume culture isn't going to fade out for a long time.
