To be precise, I want to code a key/value store exclusively oriented at geolocated queries by key. It doesn't look like a very complex project or am I underestimating it?
- opendomain 13y agoTHIS is the reason we have almost 200 NoSQL databases. Writing a good DB IS rocket science - the hardest programming challenge EVAR. But it seems that everyone has been bitten by the Not-invented-here syndrome and instead of contributing they roll their own. On the other hand, we are in the Data Age so new approaches and explorations will help everyone - so best of luck!
