I had eye muscle surgery when I was younger, and while I enjoyed stereopsis for a brief period afterwards, it soon disappeared. I bought an Oculus DK partly with the thought of trying to code up various eye exercises. I read somewhere about a Tetris game where the fixed blocks are in one eye and the falling block in another, forcing you to integrate both fields. I really have no idea if this will help, but I think it would be fun to try.
