Have they fixed the tutorial yet? Last time I checked, you couldn't even get through the second (third?) step without running into instructions you can't complete (they changed the testing framework & it won't run with the data they've given you). For me, that's a big sign of the overall quality & attention to detail on a project. For something as big as Angular, with the sort of backing it has, it gives me the feeling that it's not a community-driven open source project but an industry project where a few big players are sharing their code.
