It is faster than 2.0.8 to open on OSX, yes. And yes, a bit of polish has been done on the OSX interface, but there is a bit more yet to do :)

  I wish more attention would also apply to the bland Windows interface. It still feels like windows 95 :(

    You understand that we are volunteers, right? If noone wants to work on that and shares design, it isn't done.
