Last time I saw this I was in a lot of pain from RSI, it hurt to click on things. I spent a long time looking to see if somebody had found a way to replace the Mac OS X buttons with "no click" buttons like they have on that site. Next I looked to see if I could find software that would let me use a key on my keyboard as a mouse click. I didn't find anything that seemed easy or free...
