Still waiting for an answer from raiyu. On my point of view, the problem is here DO did not notify DO user before blocking their account. It's an unexpected situation for business owners. As sdogruyol mentioned he has 25K users responsible for. At least he deserves a meaningful explanation and a notification before blocking his account.
- evv 13y agoI am also eagerly waiting for an answer.. I hope DO makes an official statement on this matter. Personally, I have had a great experience using digital ocean. Now I am terrified of moving forward with them if they proceed with this "shut down first, ask questions later" pattern.
