If you're employed and seeking employment elsewhere, for whatever reason, why would you even waste your time interviewing with a company that you didn't think had the potential to be a very good fit?
- crdoconnor 13y agoI wouldn't of course. But doing 3 day long interviews means 1/4 of my holiday for the year is gone. On ONE company. Who may not even want to hire me. 3 more of those and I don't get to see a beach until 2015.
