Being bought by Microsoft was already their ideal scenario when they took Elop on board.
- apalmer 13y agoRight I think this is a very valid point, but I don't think however the thought of the vast majority of stockholders was that the ideal was to sell to Microsoft after losing almost all of its value. I think the fundamental issue most people are having is that it seems like the board decided that the company should be sold at penny's on the dollar while they felt it could have been sold at nickles on the dollar.
