Does anyone remember their acquisition of TimesTen? I've used it in production (HF trading) but it didn't seem to gain that much broad traction. Is this just TimesTen in a SPARC-packaged bundle? Perhaps IBM's plan to sell / phase out its POWER server business has something to do with the re-branding of TimesTen to this.
