Wow, the comments here are a story in-and-of themselves. I have to wonder if the people questioning state involvement are not astro-turfing here as well (in defense of the companies that got snared). To make a bad pun, it's not free speech if you have to be paid for it. The state will go after those who pay or receive money for what they say.
