Buying/selling? Renting? How long did it take to get into it, and what did you do previously if different?
- Kanbab 13y agoBuy and hold. I had been patient and bought after the market crashed. I bought it in another state and put 25% down on a 4-plex. Rent pays my mortgage and I have money in my account every month. I would have tried to earn more money in order to purchase more.
