We're currently using Citrix to handle our "iPads don't run MS Office" problem and our "iPads don't run Internet Explorer" problem. The result is so horrible that I've adapted the old jwz quote to describe it: Some people, when confronted with a problem, think "I know, I'll use Citrix." Now they have two problems.
