It's hard to believe this article is not a troll piece.
- soneca 13y agoIn the 80s this would be a Captain Obvious article. In the 90s it would have trigged a flame war. But now? I mean, he really thinks that meritocracy rules the world? And the invisible hand is the definitive answer to world's problem. He really thinks that the problem in our society is that there is not enough incentive to be wealthy?!
- danielweber 13y agoI might be sympathetic to his viewpoint, but the entire article seems designed to generate outrage. It feels designed to start a flame war on HackerNews.
- wmeredith 13y agoForbes is nearing the completion of its transformation into a click-bait machine, rather than a real news organization.
