Their location downtown is the exact reason why I haven't yet applied with them. I live in the suburbs where downtown Detroit is a 1hr drive (on a normal day) each way. Something in the north/east suburbs is a much more reasonable 30 minutes. I'm not willing to move into or closer to the city just for the couple more jobs there, as living in the city proper is not so great, and just another place in the suburbs would be a lateral move. I strongly suspect that many who live in the Detroit suburbs feel the same way.
