These guys are putting spy craft in to the sky and looking to hand the keys to the same corrupt local paramilitaries that thrive on civil forfeiture. They're hoping to scoop up all the Federal anti-terrorism dollars that they can. If they weren't looking for attention, Spectrum wouldn't be writing about them.
