When you say something like "The only bit of Heidegger I am going read" to absolve me from any responsibility of quoting you chapter and verse. Not that I would anyway -- I don't really care if I convince anyone -- if what I say is something you can build on, cool, if not, that is cool too.
- igravious 13y agoBecause of what I'm studying. Digital culture, cybernetics, science/humanities divide, technology, implications thereof... I've discovered that Heidegger is a go-to source when it comes to musings on technology so I know I'm going to be reading that whatever it is (I' m pretty sure it's not Being and Time). I don't have time to read all of B+T because (a) I'm not into the style, and (b) it's a major work that is not related to my studies. So I just want the part that talks about destruktion but it's ok FreakLegion told me so you don't have to.
