Your answers raises the question that how does a country with people from different ethnic background become a nation ?
So, can the Afghan issue be resolved by splitting the country ? And if yes, do the people of Afghanistan want that.
- crassus 13y agoI do not believe Afghanistan can remain one country unless outsiders keep the balance of power through direct intervention or heavy arms subsidies. My reasoning is that they were still fighting a civil war when the USA invaded.
