CFPB's data-mining on consumer credit cards challenged in heated House hearing
- wcbracken 13y agoAs big a story as the NSA's data mining seems to be here, it is amazing that the CFPB's actions have not drawn more scrutiny. They are telling you they will be capturing 80% of all credit card transactions next year. This isn't phone meta-data...this is your actual credit card transactions for whatever purpose.
