This is what I took from it as well: simple solutions can work really well. We shouldn't always try to tack on the fashionable and new pieces of tech to make something work when we could keep it simple. On top of that, I learned how to make metal spheres with physics,some history and saw a bunch of pretty pictures of old towers. All in all time well spent.
