Very, very circular argument Mr Putin. He strongly defends the UN security council as being the custodian of international law. Yet, he seems to say that he is using his veto to disallow action - because action without full consent would be in contravention of that law. On the other hand - I do agree with many of his other views expressed here. It certainly is a tough situation, and I have no idea how I would react if I had the power to do so.
