Couldn't hard copies be outsourced to No Starch if a set amount was donated? I'd much rather buy a book - and would make a higher/set donation.
- marijn 13y agoWell, you're free to make a small donation now and order the book from Amazon (for ~$20, I expect) in a few months. I know it's not psychologically the same thing, but the end result is similar.
