For instance, parameters are sent over as form encoded values like "hub.mode". http://developer.github.com/v3/repos/hooks/#pubsubhubbub http://developer.github.com/v3/repos/hooks/#pubsubhubbub We also have a regular JSON endpoint for our hooks resource (which is essentially a subscription API).
