The other potential effect is that startups continue to spend the same amount of money - but purchase lower benefit levels e.g., move to $5-10K maximums from $2-3K maximums.
- dangrossman 13y agoThe ACA also sets new maximums on maximum deductibles. My $3000 deductible Aetna plan won't be legal any more; no individual plan can have a deductible above $2500, or so I've read.
