Somebody just lost the privilege of being senior management over acting like someone who can't lead by example and put his firm in a bad light. He didn't lose his job as night watchman. You want to be a leader, you have to act the way you expect people in your company to act. If you think this is just 'political correctness', you're wrong. It's about leadership and not having a company culture of being a bunch of a-holes.
