I was questioned by police a year ago. I hadn't done anything and was at the police station voluntarily but after an hour I exercised my right to leave - the 2 officers knew absolutely nothing about the crimes they were meant to be investigating and everything I said was either not understood or they believed that what I was saying wasn't "how it worked". Their ignorance would be funny if it wasn't for the fact that some people have been arrested and convicted of crimes for which they were innocent of because of it.
