  No, he doesn't, because under Swedish law he can't be indicted until he's confronted by prosecutors.

    Again, you are factually wrong. It is normal and entirely legal for charges to be laid in absentia in Sweden. There is no Swedish law that says you can’t be questioned outside of Sweden in relation to a crime, and Assange could even be tried in absentia if necessary.
