I think you would benefit from dissociating the two issues - a) whether your CPA has been making good decisions and b) your privacy. Is there any way you can prevent your dad from seeing your accounts and making trades on your behalf without finding a new CPA? It shouldn't be that hard. [edit] ... unless your CPA crosses boundaries because he's a family member.
