I feel kind of bad about the fact that they initially didn't enable paypal donations, but enabled them a few hours after I suggested they do. I might be responsible. My own smaller (16k) indiegogo campaign went completely over paypal without a hitch [1]. Probably the fact that my paypal account has been seeing relatively large transaction volumes for years also helped prevent the alarm algorithm from triggering on it.
