That's a ridiculously long time to keep a candidate waiting.
- farnsworth 13y agoIt does sound long, but maybe it's the time from first contact to decision. You schedule an interview a few weeks in advance, for example.
- Iftheshoefits 13y agoIt's about 35 days too long from first contact, in my opinion, outside any legitimate logistical concerns (e.g. traveling from out of state).
