I don't see what's so scary about vector clocks. I have no trouble with them in Riak. Sure, there's a little extra logic to deal with certain types of siblings, but honestly I haven't encountered any difficult edge cases. But then again, maybe it's highly dependent on what you use Riak for. Anyone out there have any type of application they've built with Riak that did encounter issues with using vector clocks?
