Nice data! However, I'd love to understand the relationship between those attributes and quality of employee. Perhaps a government funded study where you select 100 resumes at random and hire all of them for 6 months? Piece of cake.
- leeny 13y agoYeah, tracking on-the-job performance would be much more interesting than just looking at whether or not someone got an offer. I hope to be able to do this kind of study in the future with the advent of more data.
